Porter finally decided that it was safe to sniff me out.  He does not like being alone in the same room with me, and sometimes I think he is afraid of me and the noises that I make.  But, he definitely does stay on the lookout for me, and he never goes too far away.  He was relaxing next to me by my blanket, and I even tried to pet him a little bit.  Pretty soon I'll be bigger than him!
