Today I had my 15 month check-up at the doctor. I weigh just over 20 pounds, and I am just over 30 inches long. The nurse gave me two shots, and they really hurt; I cried a LOT. The good news is that when we came home, Mommy and I played on the deck with my new Police Car. She pushes me all over, and I climb in and out of the car. I press the button to make the siren go off. Watch out GPD, I am in training, and I mean business!

Happy Father's Day
This year for Father's Day, I signed the card all by myself. We gave Daddy a card that had a giraffe on it, because I'm pretty sure he loves them as much as I do - probably because every night when we go to bed, we give Geoffrey a big smooch on the nose. This year we gave Daddy a gift card to Starbucks. Since Mommy is going to be gone next week on a trip to Italy, I think Daddy will probably need a little extra coffee in the mornings. I also made him a present at school, it is an outline of my hand. He loved it.

Water Play
This weekend Gramma and Papa visited. Daddy and Papa did some more work outside, even though it was so hot! When we went to the store, I got a water play table - I am such a lucky girl! It is so much fun, and it keeps me nice and cool when we are out on the deck. Now I can practice splashing for when we have water play at school - watch out kids, I'm becoming a very good splasher!

At the Park
I love playing at the park. Today I had so much fun going down the slide with Mommy. Now that I am walking so well all by myself, I just want to go everywhere. I love watching the doggies that walk around the park while I am playing. Sometimes I even pretend like I am a rock star.
